Shipping Overview

At SOLESHIFT, we prioritize swift and secure delivery for all your outdoor and lifestyle footwear needs. Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days, ensuring your gear reaches you in optimal condition. Whether you're preparing for rugged trails or seeking everyday comfort, our logistics network is tailored to handle specialized footwear with care. We partner with trusted carriers to maintain reliability across all product categories, from performance-driven designs to family-friendly styles.

Shipping Timeframe

Order processing typically completes within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit durations vary based on destination and carrier capacity. Domestic shipments generally arrive within 5-7 business days post-dispatch, while international deliveries may require 10-20 business days depending on customs clearance. Seasonal demand may occasionally extend these estimates, particularly during peak adventure seasons when outdoor enthusiasts are actively upgrading their gear.

Shipping Costs

We offer tiered shipping options designed for value and convenience:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60
Free Economy Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applies to orders totaling $60+
All rates are calculated at checkout based on cart value. Note that expedited shipping may be available for select regions during checkout.

Shipping Regions

We currently serve customers across North America, the European Union, and select Asian markets. Some remote locations (including certain islands and military addresses) may incur additional delivery charges or restrictions. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to embargoed countries or regions with trade sanctions. During checkout, our system will automatically validate your address for serviceability.

Order Tracking

Within 24 hours of shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Our integrated tracking system allows you to monitor progress directly through our website or the carrier's portal. For orders with multiple items shipped separately, each package will have its own tracking reference. Should you encounter any discrepancies in tracking updates, our support team can assist with carrier liaison.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we meticulously plan each shipment, occasional delays may occur due to weather events, customs inspections, or carrier logistical challenges. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please contact our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number. For lost parcels, we initiate carrier investigations after 15 business days of non-delivery and will provide replacement options per our discretion.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are determined by local authorities and vary based on product category and declared value. We recommend consulting your national postal service or customs office for specific duty calculators. SOLESHIFT cannot prepay or reimburse these charges, nor can we adjust declared values on international shipments.
